IS IT SAFE TO PURCHASE ONLINE?

We are conscious of the importance of security on the Internet. For this reason, Snugglebum uses secure payment systems with confidential payment details transmitting directly in an encrypted manner.

HOW DO I PURCHASE OR ADD TO MY SHOPPING BAG?

From the home page, click on a product or one of the product categories. Then, when reviewing a product in any of the sleepwear ranges: -

1. To select a size, simply click on the appropriate size button.
2. Then, add the item to your shopping bag by clicking “add to shopping bag”.
3. The item will appear in your shopping bag and be shown on the screen. This will always be shown when you are in any part of the snugglebum website to remind you of what you have ordered.
4. If another size is required in that style, follow the steps above and it will also be included in your shopping bag.
5. You may remove any selected style by clicking on the “bin” icon in your shopping bag at any time.
6. Once you are happy with all your purchasers, click on the “checkout” icon to continue processing your order.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO BUY?

The sizing chart below will help you with sizing.

PLEASE NOTE: THE CHARTS BELOW ARE INTENDED ONLY AS A GUIDE TO ASSIST IN CHOOSING A CORRECT SIZE FOR YOUR CHILD. THE DIMENSIONS BELOW ARE BODY DIMENSIONS. THEY ARE NOT GARMENT MEASUREMENTS.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD?

If you have forgotten your password, we can have it reset for you. You will then receive an email with details on how to change your password.

1. You will need to enter your email (the one you used when you first purchased) and click on “forgotten your password” in the checkout/login registration.
2. A new password and instructions will be sent to your email address immediately.
3. On receiving your “confirmation password” email you may change it and continue shopping straight away.

For your own security, we will not give passwords out over the phone, nor will we email them to a different email address than the one used to register.

If you have forgotten both your email address and password please email us at info@snugglebum.com.au and we will contact you.

AM I ABLE TO PURCHASE WITHOUT PROVIDING MY EMAIL ADDRESS?

For online purchases we require your email address for the following reasons: -

1. To enable us to send you a confirmation email with your order details
2. To record your details and save you time for your return visit to our website

Alternatively, please call us on 1300 657 131 and you can place an order over the phone.

HOW DO I SEND A GIFT OF SNUGGLEBUM SLEEPWEAR TO SOMEONE?

To send your order as a gift, simply fill in the name and delivery details of the recipient of your gift in the delivery address section. You can also include a personal message, which can be written within the checkout area of our website. This message will be enclosed with your gift purchase.

PAYMENT METHODS

Snugglebum accept the following methods of payments:
Visa
MasterCard

For non credit card orders, we will despatch your order once payment is received. We accept cheques, bank cheques, money orders and direct deposit to our bank account. Cheques are required to be cleared prior to despatching your order. Please contact us at info@snugglebum.com.au to make the necessary arrangements.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

For overseas buyers, your credit card will be billed in Australian dollars and converted into the relevant currencies by your financial institution.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Snugglebum will accept returns of new, unworn, unwashed product for full refund or exchange from a purchase on our website within 14 days of order date. We do our best to ensure our products are free of any manufacturing defects. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you purchased your items from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy.  We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.

We will credit your original method of payment; excluding delivery (unless the product is faulty or not as ordered) Proof of purchase, such as a copy of your original receipt or gift receipt is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price.

POSTAGE & DELIVERY

Please note that we will deliver to your business or residential address. We cannot accept any responsibility for deliveries to Post Office boxes.

Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery of goods.
