REGISTERING WITH SNUGGLEBUM

Personal information relating to your delivery and contact details can be amended by logging in with your password on our “checkout page”. After logging in and providing your password, you can edit your information. Please email us at info@snugglebum.com.au if you would like to be removed from our customer database.

Any personal information you provide to us on our website when you register or update an account, shop online or request information (i.e. name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and credit card information) is maintained in private files on our secure Web server and our internal systems. We will not sell, rent or share your email address with others for them to send you unsolicited email.

All snugglebum.com.au orders will be accepted and fully processed in and shipped from Australia and all information you provide will be securely maintained in our Web server and internal systems located within Australia.

• Enter the phrase “address change” in the subject of the email
• Include your name, complete old postal address and new address that you would like to change it to.

SECURITY

The security of your information is very important to us. We use the 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your online order information. SSL technology encrypts your order information to protect it from being decoded by anyone other than Snugglebum.

Once you enter the checkout page your computer will begin communicating with our server in secure mode. You can tell that you are in secure mode by the following:
