DOMESTIC ORDERS- All orders are sent with tracking details so you can track them. Whilst all efforts are made to ensure safe and timely delivery, all purchases are subject to a delivery contract. Consequently, the risk of loss of or damage to products passes to you upon the dispatch of the products to the delivery contractor. While all care is taken when dispatching parcels, we are not responsible for lost/damaged/delayed parcels once the parcel is lodged at the Australia Post Office. Once parcels are lodged with Australia Post, we are unable to lodge inquiries and investigate delayed parcels. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

Please note that we will deliver to your business or residential address. We cannot accept any responsibility for deliveries to Post Office boxes or residential addresses. Please allow 3 to 7 working days for delivery of goods. Please be aware that at peak busy times including during sales, special offers, school holidays, Easter and Christmas- orders can be sent a few days later than usual due to backlog of orders. We do not deliver to Parcel Post Lockers.

Australian orders

At Snugglebum we use local couriers and the Australia Post Regular Parcel Post satchel delivery system. If you would like to arrange Express Post, please contact us prior to purchasing. Orders being sent to Western Australia and Northern Territory can be in transit for at least 7 days. We recommend a work address if that is more convenient for delivery during business hours.

Quilt Set and Dressing Gown orders

Due to their significant weight, quilt set orders will be charged an additional $13.95 per quilt for postage within Australia. For multiple quilt order’s we recommend you contact us prior to ordering. Dressing gown orders will be charged an additional $9.95 per gown for postage within Australia. Please note we cannot send dressing gown or quilt sets internationally. Please contact us if you would like to discuss an international order.

* Business days refers to Monday to Friday, not including public holidays. Delays can occur with the mailing system during peak periods such as Christmas and Easter which is out of our control.
