COVID-19 DELAYS

DOMESTIC ORDERS- While we are dispatching orders as fast as we are able to, there are currently very significant delays with delivery happening Australia wide and particularly in Victoria and New South Wales due to current Lockdowns.  All orders are sent with tracking details so you can track them. Whilst all efforts are made to ensure safe and timely delivery, all purchases are subject to a delivery contract. Consequently, the risk of loss of or damage to products passes to you upon the dispatch of the products to the delivery contractor. While all care is taken when dispatching parcels, we are not responsible for lost/damaged/delayed parcels once the parcel is lodged at the Australia Post Office. Once parcels are lodged with Australia Post, we are unable to lodge inquiries and investigate delayed parcels. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS- Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic and rising international shipping costs we have discontinued our International delivery service as of April 1st 2021.  

 

Please allow 3 to 7 working days for delivery of goods (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please be aware that at peak times including sales, special offers, school holidays, Easter and Christmas, orders might be sent a few days later than usual due to backlog of orders. Please allow time for this. Please note that we deliver to business and residential addresses. We cannot accept any responsibility for deliveries to Post Office boxes or residential addresses. We do not deliver to Parcel Post Lockers.

Whilst all efforts are made to ensure safe and timely delivery, all purchases are subject to a delivery contract. Consequently, the risk of loss of or damage to products passes to you upon the dispatch of the products to the delivery contractor. While all care is taken when dispatching parcels, we are not responsible once the parcel is lodged at the Australia Post Office. All responsibility from that point passes to Australia Post. We are not held responsible for lost/damaged or missing parcels

If you have not received your delivery, please contact us within 7 days to ensure we can investigate with the appropriate delivery contractor within a reasonable timeframe. If you would like details of your domestic tracking number from Australia Post or Couriers Please, please contact us on 1300 657 131. Tracking numbers are not available for international deliveries unless the order has been sent via EMS with a tracking facility available. Please contact us prior to ordering to arrange a trackable international delivery option.

With most orders the nominated delivery contractor is Australia Post and they can be contacted on 13 76 78. Australia Post do delivery Authority to Leave parcels in safe locations. For Courier’s Please enquiries please contact them directly on 1300 361 000.

Please note that our system does not send an automatic email when the parcel has been shipped as the satchels are hand written. We are more than happy to supply you with parcel tracking information if you contact us after ordering. Please email us at [email protected].


Australian Orders

At Snugglebum we use local couriers and the Australia Post Regular Parcel Post Satchel delivery system. If you are in a hurry to receive your order and would like to pay an additional cost to use the Express Post delivery system, please contact us prior to purchasing.

Orders sent to Western Australia and Northern Territory can be in transit for at least 7 days.

We recommend a work address if that is more convenient for delivery during business hours.

Quilt Set and Dressing Gown orders

Quilt set orders will be charged an additional $13.95 per quilt for postage within Australia. For multiple quilt order’s we recommend you contact us prior to ordering.


* Business days refers to Monday to Friday, not including public holidays. Delays can occur with the Australian Post mailing system during peak periods such as Christmas, Easter and public holidays which is out of our control. Please allow time for such delays.
