What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
Snugglebum take great care in ensuring your goods are of the highest quality, however if for any reason you find a fault with one of our products we will happily replace it for you providing proof of purchase. Please contact us at [email protected]
Sometimes returns take a while to get back to us so please be patient and allow up to 30 days for us to process your return. We always do our best to refund or replace items as soon as they are received.
Snugglebum will accept returns of new, unworn, unwashed products for full refund or exchange from a purchase on our website within 14 days of order date.
Please note that sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you purchased your items from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.
We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless the product is faulty or not as ordered), proof of purchase, such as a copy of your original receipt or gift receipt is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price.
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges on all customer returns and exchanges.

What payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, E-cheques and Paypal.
For non-credit card orders, we will dispatch your order once payment is received. We accept E-cheques, bank cheques and direct deposits to our bank account. All payments are required to be cleared prior to dispatching your order. Please email us to make the necessary arrangements. All prices are in (AUD) Australian dollars and include GST. For overseas buyers, your credit card will be billed in Australian dollars and converted into the relevant currencies by your financial institution.
What is your policy on customer privacy and security?
We recognize that privacy, whether it is personal or credit card information, is important to our customers. We are committed to maintaining and using this information responsibly. We store all customer details in a secure database, which is used to process your orders, inform you of any promotions, new season designs and any changes to Snugglebum.
Can I buy something without providing my email address?
For online purchases, we require your email address for the following reasons:
- to enable us to send you a confirmation email with your order details
- to record your details and save you time for your return visit to our website

How do I send a gift of Snugglebum sleepwear to someone?
To send your order as a gift, simply fill in the name and delivery details of the recipient of your gift in the delivery address section. You can also include a personal message, which can be written within the checkout area of our website. This message will be enclosed with your gift purchase.
